Refund policy

Cancellation, return and refund

1. Buyer may only cancel his/her order prior to the payment to our company.

2. Buyer may apply for the return of the purchased item and refund within 7 calendar days started from the day received by buyer but subject to our approval. It is recommended buyer discusses and solve the source(s) of such return/refund with us first before buyer initiates any return/refund.

3. We reserve the right to cancel any buyer order/transaction and buyer agrees that buyer’s sole remedy will be to receive a refund of the amount that buyer has paid to our company before.

4. Our company has a final right on dealing with buyer for any dispute about cancellation, return and refund.
