2. Agree and acknowledge that the proprietary rights of buyer’s Information are jointly owned by buyer and our company.

3. Shall not, whether directly or indirectly, disclose buyer’s information to any third party, or otherwise allow any third party to access or use buyer’s Information, without any prior written consent from our company.

4. Our company has a final right on dealing with buyer for any dispute of collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing buyer’s personal data and information.
